酒店虽然房间少，但是很有特色，酒堡里都是满满的葡萄酒香，合适喜欢安静的人，城堡外的小山可以爬爬，城堡的西餐也很不错

早晨醒来一开门，酒堡里的葡萄香气扑鼻。很喜欢注重细节的所在，尽管房间不多，尽管产量不大，尽管只在酒庄卖酒没有经销商和店铺，整个地方精致华美：城堡是英国人设计的，家具大部分也是英国运来的，壁画是一对波兰夫妇花了4个月完成的。第五图是放在餐厅的老式马桶????......连餐食都让我们惊异其老道的手法，一个蛋糕、一片面包、烤羊排都吃口不凡，比起昆明洲际酒店的面包样子的甜甜圈真是地道多了。原以为厨师是科班出身，哪知跑出来一个山东大妈，足见酒保主人后期培训的心思花费不浅。服务贴心了而有趣，品尝了多款酒，比昨天去的那个坑爹的君顶酒庄好太多了。几款甜酒居然很惊艳。

The selling point of this property is its castle-like building structure sited on top of a hillock overlooking a wide expanse of vineyards and apple tree orchards without any other building in sight. The morning and evening scenery from the courtyard is absolutely stunning. They made their own wines from the grapes they grow in their own vineyards. Wines are subjective and personal to each person with pricing and brand labels marked as poor yardstick to measure the wines worth. Suffice to say the wines here are not corked but decent wines to be enjoyed over a meal in the presence of good company in the hallowed dining room complete with black and white floor tiles faux fireplace imposing drawings of English nobles of a bygone era that immediately brought to mind the dining scenes of Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham. Credit must go to the designer and owner of this property as it is quite obvious that they try to recreate a piece of English history in modern China and they have spared no effort to be as meticulous and as close to the original as possible. I stayed in the Barons Room and there was a 4-poster timber bed with an antique bedside table. Almost all the furniture in the room harked of an era long gone except for the modern bathroom and toilet facilities of which I was most grateful for. Emma the lady in charge there was so kind enough to arrange a vineyard tour for me during my stay there. I visited vineyards in other parts of the world too and I was only too glad to take up her offer. Sean the tall gentleman looking after the vineyards and I had a great afternoon exchanging notes and views of our passion. Leaving the property on the last day with 3 cases of wines to be delivered bore testimony to the great time I shared with these new friends I made at this beautiful castle.
