从北京到青岛再到烟台，这是我住过的最最差的酒店，前台还说给我免费升级的客房，纯粹是套路，进入楼道好像到了地道战，阴暗潮湿，连厕所的窗户都是靠近大马路，路上车水马龙吵得根本无法休息，真不知那些好评是怎么来的？劝大家到烟台住酒店千万别选中心大酒店，环境超级差！但前台小苗客服服务绝对一流！

地理位置好 打车方便 门口就是车站 每天都有水果 饮料送 特别是服务管家刘云霞很热情 还送了孩子礼物 门口的高个帅哥也好好 主动帮我们拎行李箱 很感谢

酒店整洁明亮，位于城中心，交通方便。不小心摔了一个杯子，退房时主动给前台说了，前台问了一下我在哪订的房，我说在微信里，经理说：算了。有那么好的事，有点小开心，酒店不宰你就算幸运的了，居然不要我赔偿，嘿嘿😁
