服务态度非常好，每个工作人员都特别热情，有种到家的感觉。酒店位置也很好，周边有公园，商场，外出购物都很方便。朋友夜间开酒不小心将手划破，伤口较大为了更好的消毒包扎，服务员亲自送我们来到医院，一直忙到晚上12点多，第二天的自助早餐服务员也是帮朋友选好送到房间的，好感动！服务既用心又细心。离店时酒店还为我们准备了路上吃的水果，发来问候的短信。体会到了家人的关怀！

非常好的酒店，环境优美，位置交通便利，到店前台还给升级了房间，房间宽敞舒适，到前台询问了附近哪有药店，买点感冒药。回来时房间已帮我烧好热水。桌子上摆的体温计及留言小便条。早餐也很丰盛，值得推荐，再次感谢酒店的服务。

老牌四星酒店，酒店整体风格与周边环境相协调，虽然内部设施有些陈旧但还是干净整洁，基本配套设施齐全，床垫特别柔软舒适，服务员热情周到态度诚恳有问必答，酒店离市中心很近，交通便利，性价比较高。

酒店感觉有点老了，房间隔音效果不太好，隔壁稍微大声说话声音都听得到，早餐很丰富！不过感觉这个价钱偏高了。

秋天的时候再来一次烟台，又是另一种味道。住在这里很近公园，免费入园，空气清新，满地枫叶，很漂亮。酒店环境很好，服务周到，wifi很方便，自助早餐很多东西吃，十分满意的旅行。
