Staff very friendly and attentive. Grounds are lovely to walk through, but please sort out the one patch of water that’s got trash stuck in it. Room is comfortable, has both shower and bath. However couldn’t find a light for the balcony, so had to move a lamp in the evening to take a bath. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from. Dinner service let the stay down a little. Staff seemed confused on what table was what so struggled to deliver food. Only one menu for the entire restaurant which is on an iPad so if one waitress is using, you either have to wait or let the waitress give you suggestions. Food ordered came wrong, we asked for one flavour, given another. Vegetables slightly over cooked. However was lovely sitting outside on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the lake plus there was a live singer for part of the night

环境真的一级棒，太美了，我整个被美住，前台小姐姐服务也很不错！不过酒店感觉很久没人居住了，设施有点陈旧，不过跟风景一比，不值一提

酒店住的感觉非常好，首先酒店是国企也是五星级酒店，服务理念非常好 无论前台还是服务员培训的很到位，记得客户的喜好 酒店的早餐和茶水都很棒，房间装修也很有品味，希望这样的酒店越来越好，下次依旧会选择入住。☺️
