  酒店位置极好，就在江边，楼下是万达广场，吃喝购物都方便，前台主管朱莉非常非常好，服务热情周到，帮我免费升级到顶楼行政房，特安静，还免费赠送了双人早餐，自驾停车免费，前台领停车券，卫生间装修大气，用品齐全，床柔软，灯光明亮，下次来还住这里！

  酒店就在长江边上，门口有停车场停车方便，酒店接待热情周到，正好免费升级体验了江景房，落地窗视线很好，整个长江都能无遮挡观看～特别感谢忠诚客户经理Suri，亲和热情，体贴周到。

  昨晚入住了宜昌皇冠假日酒店，酒店邻近江边，旁边挨着万达广场，地理位置可以说得上数一数二了，对我而言，印象比较深刻的应该就是酒店大堂副理黄成富先生和费悦涵小姐，热情积极的态度让我感觉特别的欣慰，一天的旅途劳累抛之脑后，因为疫情，还送了我随身可携带的消毒酒精，可以说是非常用心了。在此感谢宜昌富力皇冠假日酒店
