  房間很小，基本兩個床就沒有太多走動的空間了. 不過私人溫泉空間感還挺大的，一家四口都可以一齊泡.酒店設施不錯，有戶外的溫泉區。小孩子很喜歡.還有免費的小吃咖啡提供.

  櫃檯人員很友善、房間內的浴池很大、白天隔音有點不好，聽的到小孩子蹦蹦跳跳的聲音及隔壁房吵鬧玩耍的聲音。不過晚上的時候就安靜了。所以應該是因為小孩子太吵吧。 有大浴場跟露天浴池但是我沒有去。 房間外面有飲水機這個很棒！ 一樓飯廳有供應小餅乾跟飲品到晚上十點，所以在那邊打發了一下時間，感覺很好。

  位置礁溪市區，離火車站近、搭客運礁溪轉運站也不算太遠，住宿整體感覺舒適服務人員親切，浴缸很大很棒，公共設施就很普通因空間不足很小！

  職員服務十分好！很有禮貌！ 房間發現有煙味，換了兩次也笑容滿面！ 房間乾淨，溫泉舒服，地點方便，近食市，唔驚無野食！
