  酒店服务好。早餐一般般。但在这频发高温预警的日子里，酒店空调已经坏了好多天了，为什么预定时没有告知？预付款预定成功不能更改了入住后才有楼层服务员送来空调扇并告知空调坏了，到底谁的责任？
