  冬天的银川没什么娱乐的，带着老人和孩子去天沐住了亲子房，玩了一天温泉，感觉轻松惬意，孩子特别喜欢亲子房设施，还送了护理小套装。晚上客房设施出了点故障，前台的张经理非常真诚的道歉并解决了问题，让我感受到这是银川服务界的天花板吧。其实不怕出问题，就看怎么处理解决，客户也是能感知到服务的诚意的，如果不是张经理的态度我想我会悄悄告诉自己再也不来这个酒店了，幸好保留了这美好。

  原来漫葡酒店这么好，住酒店还能免费泡温泉，这边环境优美，卫生干净，服务人个个都很热情，到了温泉区我一看真是很吸引人的好地方，温泉分为室内温泉和室外温泉，室内有儿童池，大形海浪池，水疗池，还有刺激人心的巨龙滑道，室外还有四大美人汤池，中药汤池等等，共六十多个泡池，泡完温泉二楼可以休息，三楼还有免费的汗蒸房，蒸玩全身轻松，感觉到全身都是舒服的，很开心快乐的一天，下次还会来住店！！

  以前来过一次，但是感觉这次比上次好多了，就是碰上了团队，人太多了。 我开始是打算来泡温泉的，后来温泉票都购买了，我们又开住宿，服务员告诉我们住宿就含有温泉，好像是住一次免两次温泉。后来服务员热情帮我们把温泉退票了。至少不坑人，这个我很开心！ 晚上泡的人多，池子也多，可以随便泡，去迟了海浪都没了，服务员很好，又为了我们开了一次，体检了一次。还加了点钱包的私汤，里面空调带石板坑，暖和的很，也没人打扰，。 我就是有点小感冒，房间服务员主动帮我去外面买药了，非常感谢，退房充电宝忘拿了，打电话后，第二天就给我邮来了。非常感谢，好的东西才和大家分享，值得拥有！

  一次非常轻松愉快旅游…… 我是听朋友介绍来的，还真没让我失望。带了两小孩，还有一老人，首先他们这边服就非常人情化，就像是自家人一样照顾你，帮忙拿行李，带小孩，扶我老妈。 在泡温泉地方，服务员帮小孩更衣，吹头发，照顾有家，原本拖家带口没办法照顾小孩，也玩不好，老人，没想到让我如此轻松。 环境也很不错，就是光顾着玩了，没有拍照片，还有室外温泉，虽然有点小冷，但是泡了就不觉得冷了，总之还不错。 住的房间很温馨可爱，专属孩子的，儿子走的时候非要房间里面小黄鸡，服务员就送了一对，总之，非常照顾我们，就冲这样服务，下次有时间还来

  第一次来入住酒店，感觉很好还可以泡温泉，温泉水的水质清澈，环境好卫生干净，服务很贴心，酒店的房间很干净，玩的很开心下次还来还要介绍给朋友。
