  酒店环境不错，早餐丰富，景区有玻璃桥，溶洞，划船，卡丁车和温泉等游玩项目，适合亲子旅游。但是前台服务一般，没啥表情，有时候问多几句就没啥耐心，温泉那边的服务人员服务态度还挺好的。

  超预期的体验！入住前营销总汪生就来加了微信，从地图开始点对点服务。因为到达时间比预计早了很多，在联系后，酒店给我10:30就安排了房间并升级到池畔房。池畔房令人惊喜，露台直通戏水池，坐在露台看着一片蓝色很舒服。当然，如果夏天开就更好了，直接下水——尤其适合宝宝天鹅船，或者漂浮下午茶。酒店有丰富的项目，比如温泉，溶洞也不错。我们早上还溜达去了碧落古洞，唐宋摩崖石刻很有看头。1.2入住，还很运气撞到了烟花秀。另外，酒店周边农庄也不错，可以电话接送吃饭，很方便，味道也不错。另外，必须特别为汪生点赞??

  酒店地理位置非常优，离开市区的繁华，安静。依山旁水！湖光山色！天气也很好，阳光明媚！自助晚餐也很好！品种多，丰富！我们约了酒店的接送车，负责接送的张师傅准时等候，非常热心，帮拿行李，车辆乾净舒适。还有酒店的陈经理，也很热情，下次还会过来。
