  我们四位老人来益阳访友，顺便买的河鲜。今早上採购了一些鲜魚，客房冷柜放不下，又怕变质，只好求助酒家，找到刘梅先、肖燕子二位美女工作人员，她们丝毫没犹豫，想方设法帮我们解决了问题，退房时又帮我们将鱼送到总台，还问有什么能帮忙的。不愧是五星级酒店培养出的优秀员工，值得表揚、称赞，让客人有宾至如归的感受。谢谢了！
