  这个月来玉林出差两趟都是住在这个酒店，今天平安夜还送了小礼品。对欧阳玲女士实名表扬，她的服务意识是发自内心的，不像很多人员以赠送了什么来索要五星好评，还强调一定要写上他/她的名字，越是这样说实话我越不想给他好评，两次入住都遇到欧阳玲，她会非常主动的上前帮忙拿行李，这次客户朋友送了柚子准备拿到前台邮寄又遇到她，也是立刻上前帮忙把两箱柚子接过去，看面相也是非常和善的人，值得人信任，酒店一定要对这样的员工多多培养提拔！

  停车非常方便，楼下还有健身房可以体验，咖啡厅小树林也在一楼，拿铁非常好喝，环境很好，非常好的入住体验，提供早餐，接待员佳佳入住的时候细心讲解早餐的位置和时间，还有电梯的方向，有什么事情都能联系到她，让我们住的很舒心。这样用心的服务酒店的生意会越来越好，十分表扬佳佳接待员

  第一次入住玉林索菲特酒店，这家酒店应该是玉林最好的酒店了。很高大上。硬件设施确实牛。四部电梯全奥的斯的，又快又静。楼层上下显示的是两条长长的灯柱，研究了几次才明白。住宿期间，发现多次客人问“是上还是下”说明不少客人像我一样low😂😃。房间配置的全是智能电动马桶。太高级了我也研究了很久才弄明白。😂虽然旁边有说明书，但对于普通客人开说，太高级了，反而影响使用体验服。免费赠送的洗衣服务很干净。非常值得推荐的酒店。前台曾海冰和黎诗琳的服务非常周到，耐心解决我的困难。值得表扬。感谢她们的付出。
