  张家界华天大酒店位于张家界市中心，步行约5分钟即可到达天门山索道，面朝澧水河，背靠天门山。酒店距张家界核心景区约30分钟车程，交通便利，周边环境幽雅。 酒店环境很不错，卫生很好，值得推荐。 早餐种类丰富，味道也很可以。 各种设施设备齐全， 员工服务周到热情，服务员小吴，小黄，办理入住非常快速，服务态度很好。退房的时候也很快办理完成，非常满意的入住体验，下次还会选择这家店的。

  地理位置优越，距离机场才十分钟，很大的停车场，我们这次没有开车，但是真的是自驾游的首选。门口的礼宾员帮忙拿行李到前台帮忙办理入住，办理入住的小姐姐也是，热情专业快速。电梯里的消毒液准备的还是免接触的👍。房间又大又干净，客房大姐送到晚安甜品暖心又暖胃，健身房和商务中心对出差太友好了。遗憾的没有赶上吃早餐，据说早餐很丰富！

  张家界华天大酒店离天门山索道（A线）及取票太近，停车方便，早餐非常棒，房间干净整洁舒服，晚上睡觉特安静，是前台服务及客房服务特别好，晚上有水果甜品送，特别感谢李雪浓l，杨云次两位客房服务员的热情周到五星点赞👍

  酒店位置很好，离天门山景区很近，走路只要几分钟就能到索道公司，酒店正前方有个广场和澧水河，晚上出去散散步很好。店内的环境也不错，小黄鸭主题套房配制很齐全到位，都是孩子喜欢玩的玩具，晚餐是在酒店的二楼吃的，刘映辉主管看着我们小孩较小，特别推荐了小米手工肉丸汤，可以做法多样话，孩子很喜欢吃，余姣娥领班服务也很到位。早餐品种丰盛多样，迎宾员许丽琴很热情主动礼貌，还特别照顾着孩子的用餐，感觉像家人一样亲切，下次还来住华天。

  不错的酒店，位置好，服务好，设备齐全，前台办理入住很快捷，房间卫生干净，住的是小黄鸭亲子主题套房，孩子好喜欢的，在这连续住了好几天。餐厅刘映辉主管服务很好，特别照顾孩子，晚上用餐时看着孩子吃饭时坐不住，特意给孩子拿玩具玩，还送上孩子爱吃的水果，酒店的菜品也不错，风吹肉打边炉的套餐很划算也好吃；早上的早餐品种丰富选择性多，现煎鸡蛋饼和牛肉米粉好吃，糕点都是师傅们自己做的，都是营养健康食品，挺愉快的一次入住。
