  前台接待挺好的，我订的大床房，临时想换双床房，很积极地帮忙打电话问。房间设施齐全，干净，价格也合适，离广信塔好近，傍晚去那晚霞，好美！

  不错的选择，设施较齐全，整洁卫生，视野开阔一，超大的床很舒适。酒有地下停车场，但停车位不多，设族待完善。早餐较简单，品种较少。^_^

  酒店整体很上档次，服务也很齐备，特别是前台小姐姐的服务意识非常到位，主动帮我把KK房升级为KY房，还送了免费早餐，暖心到胃，哈哈哈。房间装修是简欧风格，我喜欢的大窗台大窗户，下午的阳光正好洒进房间，非常适合拍照的光线，网红们可以来打打卡了，床上还配有记忆枕，非常的贴心房间设施配有办公桌、沙发茶几、大屏幕电视；卫生间配有牙刷套装、浴帽、梳子、个人护理套装，整套包装设计很用心，摆在一起正好组成凯里亚德的logo，个人非常喜欢这样的设计。早餐虽然如前台小姐姐提醒的那样品种不算丰富，但出品味道也还不错，在封开这样的小地方算是相当出色了。酒店唯一值得吐槽的只有那个所谓的健身房了，器材真的很少。 酒店总体来说还是值得五星好评的，特别是前台小姐姐的热情贴心服务，以后来封开就定凯里亚德了，也值得给朋友推荐。
