  八分满意！酒店很新，环境好，房间有暖气，暖暖的。去砚洲堂吃完饭，回来时大雨，饭店竟然没有雨伞给客人预备，强烈建议老板改进，结果短短150米的路程，一行人浑身湿透……酒店和民宿都是同一个老板，完全可以雨伞备上的嘛！早餐20元一份，八点半去到大堂旁的餐厅吃，早餐都是冷冷的，只有粥还透点暖气……

  酒店地理位置好，就在码头边，去包公楼和沙滩都方便，晚上也安静。房间有个小阳台，可以看看江景，挺不错。不足之处，服务人员积极性比较差，有问题反馈也没及时处理。总体还行。

  整个砚洲岛上就一两家酒店，这家算最好的。有些没有阳台的房间面积真的很小。其它设施都还行，毛巾也挺舒服。整个岛上的物价真便宜，基本都是岛外的一半吧。岛上有骑马，卡丁车什么的，价格也不贵。在那住一晚还是挺好，两晚就没什么好玩的了。酒店还有KTV和麻将房，收费不便宜。早餐简单但又足够了。房间价格不贵，还不错。

  酒店内中式装修风格很喜欢，这个价位中室内面积算是比较大的，室内宽敞干净，浴室，洗面台，洗手间是分开的，美中不足是前面有栋楼稍微有点遮挡阳台视野不是特别开阔。
