第一次入住郑州建国饭店，感觉酒店员工服务很好，前台人员李方圆入住时免费升级了房间，在酒店入住4天，房间卫生打扫的很干净，酒店人员都很好沟通，有什么问题也都帮助解决，酒店很不错👍

金水路一路上的酒五星级酒店非常多，但是还是习惯入住郑州建国饭店，地理位置方便出行服务更加周到体贴，每次入住酒店都会得到意想不到的惊喜，感谢帮忙办理入住手续的前台员工桂菲菲帮我免费升级了房间！

选择这家酒店的原因是它的评分吸引了我，总体评价五分。酒店整体服务水平OK，酒店的前台尤其是桂菲菲服务非常周到和体贴。上电梯要刷卡很安全，房间还给升级了一下，性价比很高，很满意的一次入住。

不愧是老品牌的酒店了，服务细节做的还是不错的，卫生很好，细节地方都很干净，入住之后会有同事帮忙带到房间，询问入住感受，感觉酒店很用心，为客户考虑感受，酒店前台工作人员谢焕伟很热情，考虑周全，细心周到的服务，点赞。

酒店地理位置好，临地铁，靠会展中心CBD，进大堂的香薰很不错，高级雅致。房间床垫较软，面积不是很大，一般出差够用。前台赵佩珊很不错，有专业素养和服务水平，点赞。
