  因为去珠海转机，趁机玩一天海岛，格力东澳不愧五星级酒店，服务贴心，非常感谢前台经理冯敬敬给我们升级海景套房，让我们以休闲为主的几乎呆在房间里欣赏美景听着波涛睡觉。客服电话提醒乘船时间，询问住店感受提意见，送水果等等，所到之处服务人员都热情接待，可以看出在亲子游这方面酒店下了不少功夫，特别适合家庭游。

  非常棒的体验，淡季来性价比很高，人少服务好，尤其适合带小朋友来。酒店设施一流，占据岛上优质海滩的位置，服务员礼貌热情，圣诞期间还送了小礼物和水果，晚上有特价的98自助餐。但缺点是游泳池更衣室缺少提供拖鞋、护理棉签等还有挂毛巾的地方，私密性有待改善。 大力发展万山区海洋旅游经济的气象，能从岛上到处修路和很新标识中一点点感受到，尽管目前这个岛旅游还未完全开发。岛上连个年轻人喜欢的奶茶咖啡烘培店都没有，但可以看到不远的未来，这里一定会大不一样。

  1.交通便利，设施不错，接驳很方便，早餐挺好。 2.服务一般，十一点半办理入住，前台没有任何引导，推开门房间没有打扫。 3.进门就看到一只蟑螂，浴缸和吧台上爬着螃蟹把孩子吓着了，有些糟心，打电话催前台打扫，前台就说15点之前没打扫很正常，这句话挺影响心情的。出去玩了半个小时回来， 门口蟑螂位置还是摊粘粘的。 4.如果长隆酒店的服务和卫生给五星，这家只想给一星。

  购买的是海景套房含自助晚餐和早餐 以及横琴码头到东澳的船票，个人觉得还挺划算。大床两米，足够一家三口睡，小孩一米二以下船票和吃饭都是免费，不过办理船票需要提供小孩信息。酒店硬件不错，餐食只能算一般，不过也够了。我们办理船票还出现了问题，提前两天跟预订部沟通了修改船票时间，那边也确认了，但是我们取票却发现时间不对，后来酒店送了我们免费的环岛游，处理也还算可以，只是后面的朋友预订的话一定要沟通好船票信息。
