国家旅游局认可挂牌的五星级酒店，酒店设施齐全配置标准高，工作人员训练有素，处理问题规范有序，工作热情，认真负责。酒店位置虽然有些偏，但环境不错，后门昊西施故里风景区，有山有湖有江，早晚散步是不错的选责。早餐丰富品种多，但有些菜肴在口味上还有提升的空间，个别客房服务员有时在打扫客房卫生时还不够认真。

酒店的环境一流！酒店的设施一流！这两方面使酒店性价比让人惊喜。值得称赞的是二楼中餐厅（西施厅）服务人员戚艳玲小姐和苏小姐，不但非常热心的推荐了特色菜式，而且非常周到的为我们考虑着想。我们只有两人用餐，戚小姐主动给我们减半份量减半价格，以响应国家的号召避免浪费！戚小姐还热情向我们介绍诸暨的景点，帮我们规划旅行方案。谢谢可亲可爱的戚艳玲小姐！这是一个值得称赞的酒店！

第一次到诸暨，同方豪生还是很优秀，位置挺好的，出行方便。整体装修很好，酒店的绿植打造的很完美，还有小动物。适合度假休闲，大堂副理damon人很nice

因为疫情，酒店的防护措施做的还是比较到位的，入住要绍兴绿码＋测体温才可以，地理位置很好，出门就是西施故里，吃饭也比较方便，前台也帮我免费升级了房间，前台GRO Olivia很热情的接待，后花园也有很多小动物，孔雀，荷兰猪等。这次入住的很愉快。
