  位置很好，下楼就是海边~虽说是老式的国营招待所装潢，但是很干净，带着孩子去海边超级方便！服务很热情，还黑我免费升级了海景房哈哈哈，照片是凉台拍的

  错过端午小长假，约上几个好友开到海边。本来预定的非海标间，但因看过海景标间后，小伙伴们一致要求换房。店家为我忙活了半天，终于搞定了房间。站在阳台望向大海，感觉心情无比舒畅。??房间里干净卫生，设施齐全。服务员热情开朗，服务周到。最主要是餐厅菜做的非常好吃，价格还不贵。隆重向大家推荐风味鱿鱼跟八爪鱼炖肉，那叫一个香。??听说他家还有烧烤，可惜这次没有吃到。就当给自己留个念想吧！下次过来一定要一饱口福。早餐是自助，15元/位，油饼的味道不错哦！后院停车位比较多，还有一个小亭子。在小亭子里吃饭也很不错，就是不知道让不让。??店里还新建了一排小木屋，看上去还不错。因为屋里还没收拾好，没有人入住，我们进去参观了一下。两室一厅的房间，布局非常舒适。卫生间干湿分开，非常讲究。期待能入住体验一下。

  中科院的酒店，正规的国企。感谢老板给升级了超级海景房，景色非常美，这家酒店我第三年来了，今年他家新增加的烧烤，味道真心不错??。而且还很实惠。早餐没涨价，还是淡季15元一位的自助早餐，品种也增加了不少，比起周边的价格没便宜多少的早点摊而言，个人感觉还是在店里吃早点比较合适，主要是卫生安全，反正我不想像去年那样去外面小摊吃闹肚子了。因为今年过来还不算旅游旺季，感觉在店里得到的实惠不少哈。房间设施设备有点复古，老板说明后年准备装修，院里有新盖的木屋客房，两室一厅，因为设备还没到齐，没能进去参观一下。但是看起来很棒。家庭出行应该很不错。

  看到了评分只有4.2，所以预期也没有太高，但是还是有些失望，酒店最大的好处是离海近，过了马路就是，其余真的不敢恭维，进屋桌子上一层灰，一层的卫生间地板开裂，卫生间没有浴巾之类，床单被罩都用了太久发灰了，枕头倒是不错，很舒服，没有吹风机，打电话问前台说是借出去了，竟然也不知道借谁了什么时候还，总之就是不想帮忙找，下次不会再住了。如果不是预定时接电话的小姐姐态度很好是不敢轻易订4.5分以下酒店的，吃一堑，长一智
