  本人8月19日入住该酒店，临走时候忘记带充电线，酒店一直不承认说有充电线，对于这样的酒店管理，我无法接受，强烈谴责这种服务态度，中州酒店在我印象当中是挺好的一个连锁性的酒店，希望以后住在该酒店的客人，不要有任何遗忘，对于这样的不负责任态度，我想所有的客人是否选择入住？
