雪友们听我说。我也算是来云顶大酒店很多年的老顾客了。但这次，真的有不一样。云顶大酒店的新成员，司杰先生，令我印象深刻。我不知道你们看过《布达佩斯大饭店》没有哈。司杰给我的感觉，就像是M•古斯达夫先生一样，完美地掌握了“服务”这门艺术的精髓。他体贴，称职，是完美的客服人员。

带孩子来崇礼滑雪，再次选择了云顶大酒店，去年圣诞住过一次，很喜欢。酒店2楼就是滑雪大厅，3楼直通雪场，及其方便。餐饮也很丰富，楼里就有肯德基、必胜客，还有好吃的川菜和老北京火锅，住了几天，每天吃了不重样。
酒店服务也好，特别感谢大厅经理王莉，对我们嘘寒问暖，送水果，主动帮我联系去机场的出租车，入住期间感觉到了家的温暖。
虽然房间比较简易，价钱也不便宜，但是明年还是会再去。
