带家人去花水湾住的这里，先说好的方面，房间宽敞，干净，入住后服务员马上送来水果，服务也挺热情。温泉有点让人小失望，周末人很多，我们去的时候开放的室外池子不到十个，有几个还在放水，有点搞不明白 明明周末算旺季，为啥下午五点了池子都没开放几个？周六下午五点还在放水。。。。室外泳池和儿童游乐区基本上也是摆设，每个池子温度都很高，人也很多，问那边服务员还很不耐烦。最不满意的是早餐，品种还算行，但是整个服务体系一片混乱，位置少，九点半去座位靠抢，其实也基本抢不到，人太多了，最后坐到三楼外面临时的桌子，太阳直晒。是不是应该有个引导？里面没位置了你就算让大家排队也比一堆人冲进去抢座位好吧

拔了草，房间大，因为酒店年代，装修旧了，尤其早餐厅太小。另外全程服务员没遇上一个带点笑容的，作为这么高房价的酒店不匹配。总之，也没有大硬伤，但是不会再来了。

酒店整体感觉很不错，酒店的前台小曾服务很热情，很主动的帮我们拿行李，入住后还赠送了银耳汤，味道还不错。晚上去泡温泉的时候下下雨了，还有专车接送，温泉也还是可以，还有儿童乐园，孩子很喜欢，早餐也很丰富，下次来的话还会住这里的

已经是第n次来了，酒店环境还是不错的，工作人员服务态度也很好，特别是前台的樊樊，很是热心，有问必答，态度很好。需要小朋友的睡袍，一打电话马上就送来了，还很贴心的送来了小朋友的拖鞋。酒店的温泉很正，而且夏天水上乐园会开，小朋友玩得很开心，只是水上滑滑梯和大喇叭没有开放，有点遗憾，希望下次来能开放吧。
