  酒店各项服务差，环境差，浴巾毛巾和被套都是破烂不堪，连门都无法反锁，夜里都不敢深睡，而且连烧水壶和吹风机都没有，还自己去服务台借，连个服务电话都没有，最可恶的是半夜1点还来敲门要吹风机，严重打扰了客人，以后再也不会住这家酒店！

  位置不错，环境挺好，房间也挺不错。空调暖气十足，洗澡热水很足，有早餐，但是住久了早餐样式从来没变过，每天都吃那几样，建议一段时间换一下早餐品种。鄂州出差住店首选！
