  酒店大气，前台服务越来越好了，前厅饶主管服务很贴心，房间卫生也很好，以后就住蔓兰了。

  下午14点办理入住，前台服务员明知有打扫好的房间，只是因为房间号已告知其它预订的客人，告知我让我等1个小时才有房间。我说前台没有这样子服务的吧，前台口气生硬且非常敷衍的给我办理了房间，我就想问前台别人的是预订，我的就不叫预订？服务态度太差！住了这么多酒店，头一回碰见这样子的服务!

  位置比较偏，自己开车还好，出行不是很方便，楼下商业配套都没完善，装修可以，应该是东乡区排名靠前的酒店，服务跟不上，服务员多拿一下备品，不断的在抱怨。

  住过几次了，酒店真的不错，装修很气派，高大尚的感觉，早餐也不错，品种多，孩子很喜欢。对了，还有健身房，不错。
