为考托福订的这家酒店，离考场大概六七分钟车程很方便。而且酒店有免费送考服务，可以根据需求选择。房间设施简陋，有些陈旧了。五百多订的标准房，与预期有距离，感觉不太值。值得称赞的是：1、经申请，前台考虑到是参加考试，给予了延迟退房的优惠。2、客房晚上会免费提供一份“晚安牛奶”：有2盒牛奶、2小包饼干薯片、2颗糖还有2个祝考生金榜题名的书签。一点小意见：因需要一个洗澡拖鞋跟客房及前台联系了几次，前台的居然说是额外的要收费… 我晕！后再次联系客房才拿到，希望加强培训。

非常糟糕的酒店，半夜有人拿着房卡进门，酒店在现场承认存在工作失误，说是报告解决，结果我离了的店就不承认了，说是他们没有过错！还能更加不负责任吗？

很好，干净，服务态度很好，孩子艺术考试，早上安排送考场，孩子有些小感冒，服务员说她住的附近有药店，帮我们买了药，还有小票，很贴心，早餐很好，种类很多，总之，下次还是选这家
