  酒店位置很好，环境优美，很安静，适合出差人士入住，不会被打扰，前台服务很好，办理入住很快，很热情，服务周到。餐厅服务员很热情，服务贴心细致，早餐种类很多，很新鲜，干净卫生，房间干净，床单被套干净整洁，设备齐全，设施新。总的来说，是家很不错的酒店，性价比很高，各个方面都很满意，有机会再来，值得推荐！

  跟家人一起过来广州番禺，真的被这个维也纳酒店所安利成功，酒店的装潢，服务都特别到位，坐了一天车刚进门就感觉十分舒适，接待也特别热情贴心的介绍酒店内容，特别是袁洪小姐姐，到店之后热心的问候并且递上一杯热咖啡，疲劳一扫而空！晚上还给我们送了水果果盘，还很暖心的问我们住的怎么样，真的被感动到了，下次有机会还会选择维也纳酒店！

  酒店的所有人都非常热情，从门口接待开始到我离店都能感受到他们的服务，此次接待我的刘香小姐姐非常贴心，入住的时候带我到房间介绍酒店的设施，因为晚上的时候房间有点吵，第二天告知客房服务员，二话不说帮我换了一个房间，帮我收拾行李拿行李到房间。晚上的时候一楼还有夜宵粥，连五星级的酒店都没有这样的服务，这里真的很人性化，酒店的服务真的特别赞！下次还会过来入住，很棒！

  非常舒适的酒店，各方面都超出预期，特别大赞酒店各位工作人员都热情有礼，确实是宾至如归，很久没有这种感觉了，房间的风格也是我喜欢的，很高雅整洁卫生，沐浴露洗发水都是用很好的牌子，早餐也很丰盛，整体超棒！

  第一次来广州游玩，有幸入住维也纳酒店，这个酒店内设施干净，酒店位置很好，出行方便，刚入酒店路口，就有服务员带我们进酒店，瞬间感觉就很不错，每个人都特别彬彬有礼。在进入酒店后，就听到前台服务人员的热情打招呼，本来以为只是当个临时落脚的地方，却被这个维也纳酒店留住了哈哈！房间干净舒适，卫生细节很到位。入住到房间后开了暖气，但是可能是因为我比较怕冷的问题，开了暖气还觉得冷，和前台小姐姐反馈了一下，她很积极的帮我解决了这个问题，最后还去协调帮我免费升级了一个房间，非常舒适，心情也变得非常美丽，因此坚决的再续住一晚嘿嘿！
