自驾游返回时第二次入住，赶上古尔邦节入住酒店的人较多，晚上酒店的空调温度和风量大小可调但室内温度始终不降，酒店的空调未开制冷。酒店的硬件配置不错但缺乏好的管理团队，游泳池的女服务员两次入住都吊着脸太缺乏服务意识，酒店的硬件好没有服务是无法创出自己的品牌的。

酒店看着高档，实际问题一大堆。离开高速口很近。停车还可以。门口没服务生。服务还算热情，但前台动作太慢，办个入住弄了一刻钟不止。房间够大，地毯不干净，设施算齐全，但是水压太小。最最重要的事说三遍，这么热的天，居然没空调，没空调，没空调！我真是服了！太夸张了吧！

酒店设施齐全，服务人员服务态度都非常好，不管前台还是楼层服务员，主动问好微笑服务都不错。很值得推荐很棒
