  在这家酒店跨了年，过年的时候服务员送了我满满一大盘饺子～酒店外观很端正，房间还带一个步入式衣帽间，房间配了一个望远镜，可以远眺昆仑山～值得推荐～

  我是真的特别满意这个酒店。不说别的就说服务态度，在安多高反，所以直接坐火车来格尔木等朋友，选了这家酒店。到格尔木已经晚上11点20了，一进酒店就是香香的味道。办理入住特别快速，住在九楼，窗外便是山。因为第一晚太累，第二天还申请了延迟退房。前台也非常好沟通，住的感觉整体很好。本来很担心，没有空调会冷，以前打电话问好有地热。早上下午都会开暖气，我就很放心的入住了。整体无大毛病，小细节我也没仔细看。可能地上稍微有点小瑕疵，但我感觉出来玩，能住到这样我就很满意了！ 再次感谢所有工作人员！！！非常满意，第一次写这么长的测评，就是因为服务态度真的太好了

  非常豪华大气，停车十分方便，一个大的停车场，服务态度非常好，餐厅味道也很不错，不愧为五星级酒店，非常非常值得推荐的酒店，

  前台服务态度特别好，早餐也挺丰富的，房间挺大的可以加床，酒店的停车场也特别大，挺适合带孩子住，酒店的房间进去就感觉特别温馨，房间还配了水果和加湿器，房间配置也特别好，这是我住过格尔木最好的酒店

  格尔木找的最好的酒店，后来别的人说，也一般啊 主要是地理位置一般。 早餐很好，毕竟价格在那呢。房间也ok 不过就是这个客房服务员太敷衍。 还有就是使用酒店充电器竟然是卖给我的，用了两个，收了60，最搞笑的没有告诉我收费啊，如果收费，我把充电器带着就好了，花了60元，重了一晚上。这种服务建议这样的酒店还是给客户提供吧，感受很不好，因为同等酒店充电不要钱啊，要也可以，提前说一声收费啊，我们既然花钱了，把充电器带着啊😂
