洗脸碰很脏，马桶木有刷干净，进门地上有饼干残留，床单木有更换，明明有停车位不让停,让我自己去找停车位，（说停车位是他们老板的）后来付了房费，说可能明天还要住一天，才让我把车开回来，多花了五块钱停车费，前台小哥哥很好。这价格不值，还不能当场开发票。

酒店给的房间很小，很小，和订的时候上面说的完全不一样，基本没有可以活动的地方，感觉受到了欺骗，难受。。。

首先位置很好，后面就是南宋御街，往右走就是河坊街，很方便，离西湖有一段距离，酒店装修风格很好，但是房间真的很小，放个大行李箱就没转身的地方了，因为住在一楼，隔音一般般
