早餐感觉干净、卫生，不是太复杂的早餐。唯一缺点就是小孩子的睡床有点不平整，后来垫了被子，好多了。一进大厅就很温馨，酒店房间，卫浴，服务都很满意。火车东站出来沿着东广场，沿P2P4停车库走看到6号电梯，继续往前，跨过停车场找到8号电梯，就可以直接到达大厅。出行交通很方便，下次还会继续选择入住。

房间挺大，这个价格真的物有所值，估计是在火车站旁边，有点忙，去前台站了一会儿才有人办理入住。12楼的06房，进房间后感觉不错，不过看见桌子的茶杯上有白色的毛绒，感觉怪怪的，然后电梯用卡一刷就直接按了楼层，安全感非常好，不过中间有个小意外，电梯直接在中间直接开了，漏出一堵墙，当场头皮一凉。房间虽然高，但还是可以听到外面的声音，窗户关了没多大用，晚上没休息好。服务员挺热情，路过碰见了还打招呼，其他的房间内设施都不错。

按着大家评论的路线走的，很好找，然而到电梯口说疫情的原因，电梯不能用，需要绕行，结果没找到路，在楼里绕了好几圈；走的时候没走停车场走的大路，发现距离东站也很近！酒店环境很好、卫生间和淋浴间分开设计很喜欢，床很舒服，标间也不小，下次再来杭州出差还住在这！
