酒店位置在道路旁，离西湖有点远，要个把小时，因为主业是洗浴城，大部分的地方都给了那。酒店的前台和公共部分就很小了，进总台的感觉怎么都不像酒店大门，连家庭旅社的门应该都比它大，里面的设计倒不错，房间门有特色，简约原木风，也很古朴，大多数家具都是木质的，房间、卫生间也很不错，床也很软，刷卡才可以上楼，该有的设备都有，酒店周边饭店超市齐全。但不知从何考虑，房间没有椅子，洗浴间没有挂钩，似乎细节方面做的不够。在前台登记时，我们对成人进行拍照留影的手续提出了疑问，但前台只是冷冷说规定，恰好头一天我们就在余杭住，并没遇到这种手续，只是今天中途出去玩后再返回杭州住的。所以，如果有哪个部门的规定，杭州、余杭区或者你们街道派出所，就请公示，否则我们有理由怀疑你们只是自己私下采集。进酒店所遇到的工作人员好少有微笑的，印象中只是见到保洁阿姨是微笑服务的。总的来说酒店在环境，设施，卫生，周边配套硬件都还不错，但人文的服务、总台的素质加强些会更好。br
