住了一晚，说一下王巢酒店住宿感想，环境还可以吧！房间硬件设施很差，空调声音超响，深夜无法入睡，洗澡龙头发出尖叫声。订二间房间，都是这种问题，下次绝对不敢入住。

通过艺龙订的酒店，房费预付且购买了取消保险，因行程临时有变，想取消，退回房费，结果保险公司说个人原因未入住无法理赔，去查看保险条款后得知，只有在类似本人或直系亲属出重大变故的情况下才可退款，我想真发生这种情况了有谁会先记得要去把几百块的房费退回。到此为止后，我想通过保险公司退款是困难了，就想让艺龙跟酒店协商，能退我一部分钱，多少都可以，毕竟我没有去住，结果艺龙客服直接回复我说预付订单无法取消，就是取消订单了也不会退款，我说毕竟买了保险，请艺龙帮忙跟酒店协商下，结果艺龙客服拒绝协商，叫我自己联系保险公司去进行相关理赔，我说保险公司不退款，艺龙客服回复她无能为力，我真是无语了，在此我就想问2个问题，一是既然基本没有退款可能，艺龙为何要引入保险业务？二是艺龙如此的售后服务，它究竟能到什么时候？静候高人答疑解惑！！！
