酒店很好找，停车超级方便，很安静，干净整洁，在利星商场4楼，车可以停在5楼停车场，穿过一个过道就是酒店，门口就是电影院，离西湖比较近，完美

地理位置挺好的，房间的舒适度超过了想象。唯一的缺点就是空气不是那么流通，需要靠空气净化器。下次去mao还会继续光临的！

自己一个人住，环境挺好的，第一天入住很喜欢这个风格。有咖啡机，电视柜下面的白色矮书桌最喜欢，可以坐在地上工作。美中不足的是网速不够快不能看电影，咖啡机有时候不灵。

清明节去的，差点忘记点评。酒店在一个商场里面，停车方便，旁边还有电影院，但是完全不吵相当安静。早点比较简单，随便吃下啦。距离西湖旁几个景点算近的，总之不错的体验。

非常满意特别好孩子喜欢……酒店挺有特色楼下饮食电影院都很便利，酒店后身就是西湖棒棒哒……真的很棒我推荐给我的朋友们了，早餐很好吃服务人员服务到位太棒了

位置很好，10分钟过个万松岭隧道就到西湖了，鼓楼御街也非常近，酒店在商场内，吃喝玩乐不愁，闹有酒吧，静有书城，星巴克对于我这出差人事很好用。车子可以开到五楼，直接连到酒店这层，方便，还送了停车券，满意。酒店里面还藏个小餐厅，独食主义，哈哈，挺适合我这个出差身份的

下榻Zhu’hotel多次，第一次看到客房服务员打扫房间，让我感到不满的是客房服务员服务用语不到位！整个感觉就是心情让我很不愉悦。

酒店后面就是南宋御街河坊街，酒店就在利星商场里，出门就是CBD，吃喝玩乐都有，很方便。酒店安静舒适，早上醒来听见鸟叫。设施完善，细节设计精致有品位。适合休闲度假旅游，商务出差回酒店休息可以缓解紧张压力。酒店内部环境很好，房间设施也不错，跟图片一致！
