酒店设施完善，房间干净整洁。早餐品种丰富，时间比较宽裕，从早上六点半到十点，味道也不错。办理业务的彭剑雄，小伙子人很热情，是我的江西老乡，整体体验还是蛮不错的！

这家酒店交通便利，旁边就是万达广场，旁边还有万达的金街，吃喝玩乐都很方便。酒店大堂很大，整体布置比较优雅，前台办理入住专业且迅速，小哥彭剑雄乐于助人，礼貌，热情。房间配置齐全，干净，整洁，卫生。如果还来杭州，下次还会选择这里住的！
