环境挺不错，体验感很好哦。提前预订的下高铁后就直接办理入住了，前台服务小姐姐很热情哦，服务很好。酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，优雅而不失情调住的很舒服，很喜欢，推荐推荐。

长住中，好几个月了。
综合各方面都挺好，位置便利，吃饭也挺方便。客房服务也很优秀，卫生做的也非常不错的。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助。
设施很人性化，窗外风景好。
有特别的开床服务，设计也很有特色。
性价比不错，吃东西包括景区旅游都很方便，下次还要入住。值得推荐的一个酒店

酒店位置距离杭州东站比较近，坐早班高铁非常方便。前台办理入住手续较快，退房也比较方便，零压房配有空气净化器，房间面积还算比较大，卫生也还可以，周边配套超市、便利店、奶茶店、小吃街也都很方便。

选择这家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。来到酒店前台，女服务员非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，这点挺好的。客房卫生到位，位置也挺好找的，就在杭州东站附近。 推荐！

入住前店长打来电话，说可以来火车站接我们到宾馆，行李也是帮忙拉上去的，服务超级周到。划重点：干净卫生！一次性用品质量也很好，很舒适惬意～
老板人很好，帮忙推荐景点，本来想请导游的，老板说完全不需要的，我们也就省了几百块钱，很不错啦～
本来定的两天，结果行程有变，也全额退款了。
Ps: 早点很丰富！管饱还很好吃～

第一天两大一小入住的，孩子1米4，第二天上班的小哥哥没看出是孩子，还特意到房间看了一下，就觉得特别有安全感。前台小哥哥认真负责！
