有停车场，位置不多，但是免费的。提供的绿茶和咖啡都很好！环境也很好，服务很贴心。

凤起路花鸟市场旁边，离西湖和杭州东站都很近。酒店设施完善，服务很贴心。前台小妹妹人很好。酒店一楼有超大休息区可以看书喝茶，还有免费健身房。房间干净整洁。是出差旅行的好选择。

一楼是一个大的阅读室，相当满意，可以办公，或者阅读放松，夜晚不想出去，在酒店大厅阅读也相当棒！服务很到位，入住和check out服务人员都会给客人倒水，很贴心

第一次住，体验很棒！距离西湖还有丝绸博物馆打车20分钟左右，很方便！前台还有所有服务人员态度都很好，酒店很新也很干净，划分的区域也面面俱到！
