环境很好！免费升级有落地窗炒鸡棒啊，接待叔叔也很好，专程下楼接。卫生也很不错，不过希望能再改进一下，另外热水也很快就来了

离杭州东站很近，特别适合早班火车的。我们带着老人小孩出游，这里安静，出门方便，住宿安全，管家很热心，态度很好，周围有大超市，有孙五味杭帮菜。
