酒店位置还不错，但是卫生状况实在不好，下水道很臭很臭很臭。带着全家来西湖旅游的，就是看在靠近西湖，但是其他的真的很不好。

楼下就有武林夜市，旁边有个新白鹿餐厅，还有一个美食城，里离凤起路地铁站步行可到。可以步行走到西湖边，坐车去灵隐寺，龙井村，茅家埠都有公交车，条件一般，有吹风机。

位置不错，酒店内部上楼梯的地方很闷热没空调，厕所比较臭，不过还是比较干净的，可惜标间每张床只有一个枕头，总体符合预期，服务员年纪比较大态度比较一般了，老宾馆就不要求太多了，距离近就很好了。
