第一次住这家酒店 房间设施设备都很好 天气很冷 酒店还很暖心的准备了热汤 我们是开车来的 当天是下雪第二天车上积了很厚的雪 酒店很细心的把车上的雪给铲了 退房的时候还送了小礼品 感觉住的很值 下次来杭州首选的就是这家 建议大家都去住住看哦

前台服务员很热情，看到我带着孩子还拉着行李就帮我把行李拉到了电梯口，特别感动还送了我宝贝一个气球，大堂玻璃还贴了新年贴纸，酒店环境非常好，特别喜欢那个院子

酒店很漂亮，服务特别好，还给我准备了加湿器，还有晚安点心，酒店还有一个专门的洗衣房，有烘干机，还可以熨衣服，真的特别特别的满意，住的特别的舒服
