进入放间很很干净，环境很舒服，1.5的大床我和女友睡的很香，灯控很好玩，有科技感，真的很不错喔

位置佳，设施全面而且新和细致，服务员的态度也都极好，离开时正好遇到清扫服务员，十分热情的表示代为将房卡交前台，我们就可以不去前台，直接去停车场走路了。真是一家十分值得游览西湖时选择的好酒店。外面周边吃饭的极多，但早晚餐在店外揽客的好像很不好，似乎是外地人去承包的店。价格贵就不说了，关键是味道相当不好，冒充杭州菜，但极不像。到其他购物中心的外婆家，就既便宜又好吃了。
