酒店距离杭州东站大概地铁一站的距离，走路需要20分钟。前台的服务还是相当不错的，非常贴心地询问一些细节需求。房间里必须的设施都是齐全的，卫生条件不错，床单被套什么都是新的。总体来说还是相当满意的。

火车东站16b出来，酒店徒步就可以到达，出差就近入住还算方便，也很容易找，在路边很远都能看到醒目的招牌～如家商旅酒店，卫生、床啊、接待都挺好滴，就是这个房型稍微小点，其它该有的都有，挺好！！！

在东站附近，看不懂去酒店路线，就打车10分钟左右就到了。房间很小，价格便宜。我们带了个孩子免费升大床房，给前台小哥点赞。感谢，我们带了个小朋友吃早餐也没加钱。入住感觉整体不错。去东站坐车推荐！

位置很好找，跟着导航走不会错，步行到地铁站七八分钟左右，离东站很近，坐一个站就到了。干净舒服，没有异味，一个人住刚刚好。除了挂衣服的我一直没找到在哪里，总体来说很棒。

057186062555在一分钟之前接到了这个电话的回访，我只是在退房的时候，在大厅里边随便说了一句，洗发水的按压不是很好，结果记在了心里，给我来电话，我觉得这样的服务这样的员工是特别值得去肯定的，值得一个在这儿住的人所赞扬！同时还说要给我赠送早餐，哈哈哈，其实还不知道猴年马月在去杭州，但是为他们这样的用心表示感谢。祝你们工作顺利。
