比较干净，设计风格比较简约，来这边办点事情，因为要过夜，就带着孩子一起住一晚，在亚朵和这家来回选择，后来看了周边的吃喝，还是选了这家，早餐一般，没啥好吃的，后来去楼下肯德基吃的

早餐丰富，营养可口；酒店位置交通便利，周边配套设施完备；房间家居装饰选材环保安全，设计注重客户体验的细节；热水水温合适，出水量充分；临窗正对半山国家森林公园，景色秀丽…虽为夏季入住，从十楼可阅尽楼下车水马龙之繁华而并无蚊虫或嘈杂之纷扰。两位保洁阿姨勤快踏实，服务亲切贴心，前台小耿对客户的询问不厌其烦，耐心细致而周到。酒店地面地下车位充足，进出方便。
唯一的美中不足就是床头插座有一个比较松，较大的充电头较容易脱落，还有标配的垃圾桶，口实在太小，不够实用。
作为一个舒适型的酒店，定位明确，管理井然有序，各方面做得已经非常棒了，非常值得推荐！

服务真的很好，最近来杭州都选择入住这家全季，前台小伙子一看到我一眼就认出来，亲切的问好。还是最喜欢走进来淡淡婵茶味的香氛，离医院也近，走过去10分钟不到，旁边还有个半山公园，傍晚去走走非常的好。旁边就有一家超市，购物很方便，3楼4楼可以点餐。入住体验的全季早餐非常好吃，最喜欢那个五常大米熬的粥。恩，前台王先生服务真的很好，客房阿姨也很好。

选择全季，是喜欢全季的风格，这次入住感谢前台，帮我们免费升级了房间，我家人行李比较多，还帮我们将行李送到房间，很贴心，入住期间还赠送了一份节日礼物
