酒店闹中取静，出门就是一条小河绿荫绕绕；左转过街就是解放路，一条路直达西湖，奎元馆知味观杭州酒家新丰小吃都在附近超级方便。内部环境就不评了，很多网友都给出了评价，我是陪父母出游，家庭套间空间够大，服务态度也好，九十分推荐

酒店和一个治疗癌症的医院连在一起，等于就是和医院一栋楼，之前在网上看点评没看到是和一个治癌症的医院在一起，交通也不方便，坐公交车要走很长一段路，离公交车站和地铁站都比较远，离西湖也远，酒店环境也一般，装修比较老旧，刚开门进房间一股异味扑鼻而来，价格也偏贵，我们是全家去杭州玩的，在网上订好了3晚，提前在网上交了入住费的，住了一晚想换酒店，想退房，结果同程客户说和酒店协调，酒店不同意退，后来就只有继续住了，没办法啊！真想不通那么多好评都是刷出来的吗？如果还会去杭州再也不会去入住了，也不会推荐其它人去住，以上只是我个人入住后的真实体验，可以给后面的朋友有个真实的提前了解。

订的套房，一间是1.8米床，一间是1.35米床，睡4大有些挤。房间设施不错，就是对着高架有点吵。关窗也听的清楚，位置挺好，离延安路银泰步行10分钟，门前有公交，但没坐过，酒店紧挨一个医院，介意的不要订。早餐也还行，划算，常规：粥、炒饭、煎蛋、煎饼、花卷、面条、馄饨、小菜2-3样、果汁什么的这些。没有自助洗衣。

房间干净明亮，无异味，安静，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，带学龄前儿童同住应该没问题。就是有一点洗手盆的水龙头离盆边太近，洗手，洗毛巾不太方便；早餐丰富，不错；有停车场，车位不多，隔壁有一天内50封顶的停车场还算方便；酒店位置不错，吃饭、购物、景点都不远。下次还选这家住。
