位置很赞，地铁站到酒店走路3分钟，房间比较干净，洗漱用品也不错。床铺蛮大的，如果希望说方便旅游的话，是不错的选择。老板也蛮热心的，还告诉我们附近有知味观什么的小吃店。

住公寓没想到这么好，首先酒店位置好，在西湖边，临近音乐喷泉，
其次房间干净,特别毛净用塑料袋包装好的,感觉酒店很规范,空间大`面积大住的很舒心,房间设施好,洗衣机.冰箱.微波炉都有没想到.非常感谢老板给我们房间升级西子一线湖景家庭套房.

地理位置特别好，就在音乐喷泉边上！然而，除了近其他没有任何优点！私人老板，服务态度极其不友善，办事效率极差！办个入住手续被人插了两次队，等了半小时……好尴尬！女老板全程板着脸跟欠她钱似的！房间还算干净，但是洗漱用品全都是自己灌装的，居然用着资生堂的瓶子，简直是欺诈！隔音效果很差，你们懂的……晚上好吵！不知道为什么会有这么高的评分！希望出游的朋友慎重考虑吧！
