蛮新奇的一家酒店，门头神秘，进去别有洞天。办理入住在23楼，一楼的礼宾小哥哥服务很好，会主动帮忙拿行李，LED屏很酷炫。23楼的前台也太美了，大落地窗看出去就是钱江新城全貌。客房用品不错，香味蛮高级，设计的调调比较简约，适合年轻人吧。客房整洁卫生，客房大姐服务周到。防疫工作也很到位。下次准备再来打卡一下他们家的浴缸房型～

酒店地理位置特别好，出行很方便，每次过来直接入住，入住在23楼办理，还给升级成高楼层的江景房，景色很不错，视野很广，机器人可送餐到房间，很方便，前台小朱小哥哥，小黄小姐姐的服务，让人如沐春风，强烈推荐

特意跑来星澜酒店打卡，作为一个酒店控，每个点都戳我的爱吖，一楼进店很神秘，一楼大屏真的很带感，BGM非常搭，果然和其他酒店不一样，特色满满，前台办理入住效率超高，房间超值，床品超级舒适，干净整洁，总之整个氛围很绝，希望有机会还能来。

酒店位置在星民地铁站相差约200米，酒店入住星澜里4号楼23层，可以看到钱塘江，钱江二桥可以清晰看到来往车辆。有一家杭州很有名的餐厅蜜桃分店在23层。前台入住的小哥哥Jane提供的服务非常好。下次来杭州还会选择星澜。
