酒店环境还好但是早餐供应不上，住了两天 连续两个晚上11点以后没有热水！第一天热水器维修也就算了，那第二天也热水器准时坏？

酒店门口就有露天停车场，早餐还行非常满意豆将油条，咖啡面包很适合带孩子入住标准间是双床1.35米大床好向是2米的离西湖远点12公里吧但是有地铁离酒店2公里地铁站

出差一直住维也纳，，这次也选择了。新开的酒店。有一点点味道。前台可能新人，入住办的特别慢。办理客人也没先后顺序，谁先开口就先给谁办。房间整洁干净，可能服务人员疏忽了，居然没毛巾，哎，洗完澡，尴尬了。希望加强哦。
