地理位置优越，既有无边的湖景，离附近的商业中心也很近。房间宽敞，装修陈设简约而并不简单。彬彬有礼和宾至如归的服务让人感觉住的很舒服。早餐餐厅空间很大，现代温馨的装修风格非常怡人，再加上品种多样，品质出众。总之非常推荐，我本人也会非常愿意再次入住这家酒店

we booked the standard room for 2 nights and we had payed the bill before we arrived. When checking in the staff tried to make me pay 4200rmb for security deposit which is ridiculous and double the price we had already payed for our room. I have stayed in more expensive hotels and never had to pay this much. When we wanted to eat the hotel restaurant only had one chef on duty which meant we waited 45 minutes for our first dish, which was wrong. We then had to wait even longer after for the rest and others and still didnt bring all of the right dishes. The room was clean but its a little bit of a shame they dont provide baths in all standard rooms, some of them have bath some only have shower. They advertise a terrace that isnt even open yet which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel in the first place. Overall i think the hotel isnt worth the money and i wouldnt stay there again

免费升级了套房，住的很舒服，里面所有的工作人员都很nice，阳台就在湖边，看看美景吹吹小风可舒服坏了，餐厅的餐食也很不错～前台小姐姐简直人美声甜～下次来还会选择这家酒店，超级～

酒店就在千岛湖边，房间属于一线湖景房，带有阳台，套餐包含了首轮迷你吧和水果，还赠送了两张60元的千岛湖鱼头券，但是套餐里的小吃并没有，晚上的自助餐性价比非常高，不过只有周末和节假日才有，房间的隔音有点差。

订的园景湖景大床房,学着2-5层 结果给了个一层，一进去彻底失落，湖景园景在哪 只有一堵墙，而且外面的人走过 不拉窗帘看的一清二楚！
干涉后给换了四楼。 这种写着湖景的真的是有点欺骗。好心情当时就没了

很多年前去过，那时候很老一家酒店，近几年被洲际收去管理了，酒店也重新装修了，除了房间略小，其他都很好。大厅平台看湖景看落日应该超级棒，湖面很开阔。因为疫情人很少，前台贴心帮忙升级了房间，很好。

入住前一天接到了酒店小姐姐电话，后悔没问下名字，非常温柔的提示了入住注意事项，甚至还告诉了天气情况，立马留下很好的第一印象，到达酒店酒店门口大哥服务态度也非常好，细心指引停车，酒店的房间也非常的nice，入住体验非常棒！！强烈推荐
