本来预定的是竹隐复式套房，后来管家帮我们免费升级了景观套房，这点很nice！ 🏨环境清幽，空气清新走到哪里都是潺潺的流水声🍃 值得一提的是，这里的农家菜非常好吃，管家会根据个人口味制作菜单，健康又有营养，口味也很地道！ 🔔服务：5颗星，就是活动的安排没有特别紧凑，导致很多地方都木有去玩，有点遗憾😅

非常愉悦身心的一次出行。服务非常到位细致。刚预定，就来电，建群，确定菜单、体验项目及相关需求。餐饮管家王毅耐服务态度很好，根据实际需求调整了晚餐，味道一级棒。还免费赠送了一杯调制的酒饮以及晚安甜点。餐饮管家王毅中午餐饮服务耐心细致周到，晚上酒吧调酒活力满满，对工作充满了激情，难得一见。体验馆徐云多才多艺，孩子们很喜欢他，因为他对待孩子们的要求真的是有应必答，没有条件，创造条件也给满足。石头彩绘互相切磋灵感，包青团项目时间过了，另外挑了个时间满足了孩子们，棉花糖小朋友摇了好多次都不厌其烦。最让人惊喜的是，我们在路边挖了野葱，体验馆给我们出了主意，一起体验了野葱饼，虽然最后有一丢丢咸哈哈。体验馆徐云，服务思维灵活，会想办法动脑子让客人体验不留遗憾。主理人谢王飞，忙忙碌碌，但是仍然想着顾客，最后还送了我们纪念小品。人间四月天，溪水潺潺，阳光和煦，无他心舍每个人的脸上都洋溢着快乐，家一般的感觉。

为寻雪而去，因品质而舍。无它的服务很周全细致，从出发前的出行提示，到入住时的热心接待。处处考虑的很周到。知道我们有两个孩子，就贴心的放好了四双拖鞋和四套牙具，提前开好了地暖等待我们入住。房间里的用具也做得很用心，欧舒丹的洗护套装，一次性泡澡袋，山泉水。都是他们对轻奢品质的追求。这一次的相遇很温暖，期待夏日再聚。

民宿服务很周到，管家服务很细致，尤其是在订餐的时候，还确认一下我们的口味要求，关键是菜的口味很好。环境更是没得说，虽然是初冬，但行驶在去民宿的路上，山上周边各种颜色的树木更加显得有生机。我们预定的房间在三月一楼，因为房间内有地暖，所以房间比想象中要温暖许多，小朋友也是穿着袜子满地跑。时光短暂，一家三口在无它心舍度过了愉快的周末！

民宿很有特色，我们从杭州市区过来度个周末，交通很方便，停车场就在民宿门口，关键还有充电桩，非常方便。民宿环境也是非常棒，被老板打理的很好，房间内有地暖，真的很赞，而且是水暖，睡在房间里面很舒服，也不干燥，对皮肤很好。尤其是民宿的晚餐，重点推荐一下，让老板帮我们稍微布置了一下，氛围很好，烛光晚餐，民宿大厨烧的菜，味道更是棒极了。服务很周到，整体很满意。
