没有早餐，挺干净的，就是设施旧了点，可以接受。离西湖和银泰都很近。附近跟浙二也是非常近的，交通方便，服务态度很好。

直接说优缺点。优点：离湖滨商圈真的近，周围大小吃餐馆云集，隔壁还有个新华书店，无论是地铁站还是吃饭，逛景走着就去了，价钱也比较实惠。缺点：设施明显比较陈旧，不像个现代宾馆，尤其是大头机箱电视，着实吃了一惊。床铺不是很软并且一动身子就有嘎吱嘎吱声。房间内东西不齐，介绍中多说的矿泉水吹风机等一概没有，就设施而言只能打及格分，但是性价比还是有的，毕竟占尽地利，独自出行能将就的朋友还是可以考虑这家的。
