我们8月11日入住了此酒店，14日再次入住。这次给安排到二楼，二楼的房间明显不如三楼，空调是中央空调，不是三楼的挂机，出风较小，好半天才凉下来（14日这天可是高温啊！）。房间也比三楼小不少，感觉很拥挤狭小，不舒适。网速还是较慢，好不容易才网订了次日的火车票。总体感觉还可以，物有所值，但您要入住，最好申请住三楼，呵呵。

总体印象比较好。客房楼不临街，通过临街楼的通道進去后面，很安静。被单等纯棉，很舒适。地点离西湖很近，游玩非常方便。宽带网速不快，晚上高峰时会卡。洗澡热水很足很热，洗澡很舒服的。双床1.2米，我们一家三口也能休息的很好。就是当晚多要一个枕头，楼层服务员不给，我们还得告知前台来调度才送来，看来有什么事必须首先告知前台了。三楼的房间要远远好于二楼的。

房间舒适度还行。床过软，被子厚更适合冬天。住一楼临前台，半夜听前台剌耳的电话铃声，早上听嘈杂的退房声音。

离西湖不到5分钟路程，租自行车也很方便，走过两个街口就可以了。还想去西湖玩玩，给大家推荐这家

住这酒店交通挺方便的。最主要旁边就有一个快餐店，方便又实惠。但是198元的房间有点挤。

住在一楼，当天晚上停电了半小时，很郁闷。设施还不错，基本上都齐全，吃东西也方便，离西湖很近。
