环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。
设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。

位置很方便 离东站非常近 最主要是门口旁边有一家巨好吃的衢州菜 每次来杭州必打卡 周围设施也很齐全 有全家二十四小时便利店和肯德基 出门就是 吃的 不用叫外卖了

酒店位置很好，离西湖五公里，打车或地铁（闸弄口到苏起站或龙翔路站）都很方便，隔壁街饭店很多，吃饭很方便，停车场有住宿的单据收费就五元，很便宜。酒店舒适，因为团的没有早餐。

交通方便，生活機能方便，旁有星巴克與肯德基等基礎小購物中心，打滴也很方便，唯獨柵欄影響行人很困擾，雖然設備有些，可能需要保養，但隔音做的很好。
